Ugh, I get such shoujo envy whenever I see those impossibly cheesy romance scenes in those manga. Why can't that kind of stuff happen to me?! Grr!

[Pen] [envy]

Refers to the covetous reaction of an individual when he or she realizes that their current writing implement is inferior to that of a classmate or coworker.

If unrepressed this realization can result in scheming behaviour such as "pen pinching".
