thats when your computer is fundamentally real slow but you think that double clicking things like mad will actually have an effect

Tim "so show them to me - i havnt got all day"
waiting fuming for the photo application to open Tom keeps double clicking all over
Tim "Hey quit the Mouse Abuse , ok , your darm PC is slow and double clicking all over is not going to speed it up,itll just freeze worse!"

The act of character abuse is when you create a character just for the purpose of selling or making a joke. It's a form of mental abuse on them.
