Someone that is so obnoxious and rude, has a very high opinion of themselves in a pompous way are an Arsecunt. In addition, it’s a better insult that supersedes just calling someone a cunt.

An Arsecunt is both an anus hole and Vagina in one that has been damaged beyond recognition due to being pummelled and the skin between the anus hole and vagina has gone.

Why are you such an Arsecunt James? You are just an awful human and everything that comes out of your mouth is awful.
