Naperville Chill

When an individual places ice in the mouth and performs oral sex on another party. Origins, Naperville Illinois, I miss heard a radio show host, "In Naperville people put ice in their mouths and blow on each other" what I heard "In Naperville people put ice in their mouths and blow each other."
