A flight profile which a plane flies if it has mechanical problems in time of excercise or war. Useually gear down, lights on.

"I flew a lame duck profile so I didnt get shot down by friendly fire."

Something that is thrown together, incomplete or hazardous operations. Something that looks like crap when completed.

Muckly duck is when holiday lights that don't match are lite for all to see. It's when people that sag, bag and drag. It's a staff meeting with no direction or a committee without a chair person. Females that dress skanky.
