Is a term used by prison inmates who affiliate with inner prison gangs or cliques. Also can be used synonously as an alternate meaning to describe one or more newbie, lower and upper level urban gang members whom participate in the act(s) of putting in time by carrying out (commiting) tasks, specific odd jobs, individual job assignments, and loyalty tests instructed by senior members of the gang for the benefit of the gang.
