The state of a person who has never engaged in open-mouth tongue kissing, colloquially known as french kissing. If one pecks another on the lips, the individual still retains their tongue virginity as long as no tongue action was involved. In other words, an individual still technically retains their tongue virginity until they have made out with another person.
