A term used to describe a person who exhibits a lack of control over their movements due to drug use. Usually refers to (but not limited to) jaw movement. Mostly seen in chronic amphetamine users.

Usually referring to animation or an illusion of movement, FBF is when the content of an image changes every frame. This is labour intensive and a traditional form of animation.
Person A: "I like drawing but I want to see my drawings come to life!"
Person B: "You should try frame by frame animation."
