A marine recruiter that hails from Maine and resides in Ohio and loathes California. Loves dogs and hates people. Is a nerd despite frequent protest. Has a girlfriend who he cares deeply for yet denies he has a girlfriend. He loves Star Wars to the intensity of a 14 year old boy and has absolutely no shame. He has an unflattering hair cut that isn’t his fault but still doesn’t fit his face but he proudly wears it and doesn’t let it taint his confidence. He is a great friend and a good man he will stay with you through your ups and downs and comfort you, then when the time is right he will call you names. Though he insults you, you know he cares. He is discreet to a fault but will let you know when you fuck up due to not listening to his advice. He is always right and is definitely, without a doubt Batman.
“Hey I saw this guy yesterday and he gave me some advice”
“Well was he right?”
“Of course he was right! He’s Trevor Coffin, he’s always right!”

When someone is a metalhead but hasn't told anyone yet.
It's used similarly to In the closet, but it's more metal.
Newfound metalheads fear being ostracized by their friends and family for not adhering to what is commonly considered a "normal music taste". They can spend years in the coffin as a result.
Please help fight this horrible guilt they feel inside and preach for #metalacceptance

Prime Rib: "Good to see you, how are 'ya?"
Striploin: "Kinda something I want to talk to you about, actually."
Prime Rib: "Umm, sure.."
Striploin: "So lately I've been feeling a lot more confident as a person and I feel you should really know something about me that you probably didn't see coming."
Prime Rib: "You're scaring me, dude."
Striploin: "I think I'm a metalhead."
Prime Rib: "Wow. I can't say i'm not surprised. How long have you been in the coffin?
