Phreak A Blunt

Verb: to make a blunt without breaking and re-rolling the swisher. This is done by rolling the swisher in between to fingers to loosen and dump out the tobacco. Once this is done you pour in broken up marijuana or "shake". They are especially large because they are able to fit larger quantities of bud in them.

Can we phreak a blunt at the park and smoke on the way to Andy Law's house?

A sexual predator who picks up children for sex.

This guy Joey got on the internet and started to view children as prey and himself as a predator, he figured since he's a predator and a pedophile he might as well combine the two words and call himself a predaphile.

Telephone System
Landlines
Cell Phones
and the operations the operator can conect

Also you need to know how to create/do (a):
tone
open up a payphone
cross the correct wires in a payphone
and know the operations of the area codes

I can phreak a Verizon & AT&T phone. Can you?

phedra

A Phedra, is just like one of those droopy plants that sits in the corner of your room. You forget about it and never water it but somehow, it still manages to survive and 50 years later it will still be there living. So basically you can never get rid of a Phedra, because it will just be there following you. (this can also occur with people)

Person 1: Hey do you see that girl over there? She's been following me all day, kinda scary really.
Person 2: Oh are you talking about the one that's sort of drooping along, not really looking at anything but just happens to be there?
Person 1: Yeah that's the one i'm talking about.
Person 2: Oh don't worry, just your common Phedra.
