Forgotten people

A group of people that a particular society and or government has failed to sufficiently address that group’s needs and desires, causing them to have a strong distrust in that country’s society and government. In some cases, it drives large numbers of people in that group to want to leave that country and settle in another land, or get them rise up and attempt to overthrow that country’s government.

Forgotten peoples are often subject to unreasonable discrimination and or government persecution for their identities and or beliefs.

Fomoitis

An illness or addiction onset by the consistent feeling of FOMO (fear of missing out), in which a person or animal conscientiously or unconcientiously overrides their foundational physiological needs to meet the needs of the illness. A victim may knowingly or unknowingly allow social acceptance, belonging, love, entertainment and/or esteem needs to take precedence over basic foundational survival and safety needs, in order to fulfill their temporary desires of instant FOMO satisfaction. As a result of continuously acting upon the illness, dopamine chemicals are released within the victim’s brain, creating a false sense of security and acceptance. At this point an increased loss of logic and self-control arises. As the cycle continues, dopamine addiction takes precedence, and the victim’s illness reaches it’s peak. Once addiction ensues, an unbreakable lack of desire for basic foundational needs (e.g. safety, shelter, food, etc.) is created, ultimately causing the victim to spiral into a path of extreme harm or death. Without proper care, natural thoughts, tendencies and habits are completely ridiculed and overrided. At peak, the victim may become neutralized into a permanent vegetable state, often completely destroyed beyond the point of return.

Muffin’s fomoitis was so severe that it completely ruled her life and even caused her to follow everyone into the bathroom so she wouldn’t miss out on shit.

Internet Forgotten

The case of where you have something really great that you want to search because it could mean a huge impact on something, or do something big, e.g. change the world, make a new internet meme, etc. but as soon as you try to, you instantly blank-out, and forget. This is really annoying.

I had such a bad case of Internet Forgotten that between the home page and the search page, I forgot what I was going to search for.
