a term that describes someone or something with Mexican and German background. Combines the derogatory word "beaner" for a Mexican/Latino, and wiener schnitzel, a stereotypical German food popularized in the United States by a fast food chain called Wienerschnitzel.

Originated in Orange, CA around 2002 by Cams

It was a beanersnitchel meal for sure: tacos and kraut.
