Asif Uzui Tengen Barlas is the main protagonist of the anime Shaitan Slayer which is centered around killing Djiins and demons sent out by the main antagonist Shaitan. Syon Kon created this anime and it also has a manga of the same name. Asif, has 3 wives just like Tengen from REDACTED, actually Tengen was inspired from Asif and his characteristics too.
