Scro·Tee (scrow-tee) - A slang term, based on the origin word scrotum.

i.e. scrotum is a pouch of skin containing the testicles.

Can also be spelled scrotie.

Phal: Hey,,, man!! I wanna hang but my girl needs me to do everything for her instead, haha I ain't a cuck or nothin', tho!

Lus: Yeah man, I wouldn't say so. You're using that word outta context, brooo... But you are acting like a real scrotee though!!
