Is generally mistaken for some who is high and spends hours trying to turn a bedroom lamp into Shrek by replacing the lightbulb for a stuffed bear head while chanting "my belly button feels warm, my belly button feels warm". If you see either of these pack your car, get your kids and drive as far away as possible.
