The October 4 Emergency Alert was a test that took place on October 4, 2023. On October 4, FEMA annouced they were goi g to set a test alarm and they claimed it would be one of the loudest sound in history. Over a millions of phones in the U.S went off. After it happened, people claimed it was not loud at all and it was disappointing.
