Backing Wongs

A term English slang usually used within schools in England. Describes the attendance or backing of a party.
These parties are hosted by people called 'Wongs'. These parties are deemed to be crazy and consist of alot of alcohol and the prescence of chinese people.

Commonly used in Memphis, it usually has two meanings.
1. A urban dance commonly seen in area in Memphis TN, similair to pop locking and breakdancing or the heel-toe and chickenhead all mixed into one
2. getting crunk and rebeling against the law
