verb- (to) define, or re-define, voter districts with the primary intent that citizens themselves quorum upon boundaries best suited to their needs as a community. This concept does not necessarily require contiguous geographic boundaries within a selected population; however, it would solve the problem of partisan disenfranchisement traditionally achieved through Gerrymandering.

1. Lazy and apathetic, every four years the fate of a nation hangs in their hands. A voter with no strong political affiliation, usually due to ignorance or a worldview dominated by an all pervading awareness of their own self-interest.

2. Typically, such individuals will make an excellent argument against democracy. Their grasp of political issues will quickly convince you.

displaced viner

A vine star who, after vine shut down, migrated to YouTube in order to keep their audience alive. Many have trouble adjusting to a full-length video format, quickly run out of ideas for videos, and end up making low-quality, hastily produced garbage that their loyal following eats up. Many are considered unfunny, immature, and annoying by the wider YouTube audience.
