A natural evolution for a gamer who sits for prolonged periods entertaining their Twitch chat.
Medically known as 'Pilonidal sinus', this occurs when you're flat on your ass every single day. The body begins to develop sinus', or arguably 'vents' that a gamers butt requires in order to breath properly, like a whale that's been bottom feeding for an age.

Pronounced similiar to vendejo, a person driving a smoke-spewing car in front of you while you're driving that causes your car to stink up (i.e., smoke comes into your car through the vent from the a-hole).

Vent Chat Dick

A huge dick who keeps talking about serious shit (ie: cancer, death, suicide, 9/11) on the general chat on Discord, or someone who vents their negative emotions outside the discord vent channel. Also applies to people who are extremely negative and only talk about stuff that should go in vent chat and not general, but do it in general anyway.

Emma: Let's just chill on Discord!
