A state of mind common with business/IT leaders at the Vice President level. They regularly make decisions based on very little information, frequently due to the breadth of responsibility they hold. They can be told something very directly, then act as if they are clueless to the subject only a few days later. Frequent multi-taskers that commonly results in the disrespecting of others by not giving full attention.
