System of a Down are my favourite band. They have a very unique style so they cannot be put into any genre, but if i had to, i would say they are closest to alternative metal.

When they say 'my cock is much bigger than yours' and 'my shit stinks much better than yours' they are saying that worlds leaders argue over petty things, not necessary human waste or genetalia, that was just to make the song amusing- the song is meant to be half-amusing, half-serious.
They are not sellouts. They are not Nu-Metal, they just happened to appear at the time Nu-Metal was emerging.
I think they are the best band this century, even though they appeared in the 90's.

Get the system ar y dde mug.System of a Down is a metal band made to display opinions of the band members. While it originally rocked ass, like most good bands, it started slipping up and losing it's quality. They originally knew what they were doing, until a mistake in lyrics.
SOAD is not for people who have an IQ lower than average, or people who are over 52 years old. SOAD continues to be decent, but previously they were extremely good.

If one were to listen to "Steal This Album", one would find a very original and interesting mix of music styles that is still able to retain a very politically inclined and even crazy style. Essentially is a way to avoid full blown responsibilities and requirements of a System of Record,
and cherry pick only requirements that are easy to implement.
This definition also is wobbly and specific for every single data object of the information model supported in the system.
Some people interpret it as lifecycle information is stored also else where, some people interpret this as the full information is stored also elsewhere.
Some people leave this poor man's details as "undefined behaviour" so that is possible to go through architecture approvals and it is then possible to resell and recast the system into something it was not fit for purpose/fit for use at the beginning.
