consensual role play

On a MUSH (sort of like a text-based MMO), Consensual Roleplay means that your character will not get into any sticky wickets that you do not want him/her to get in. You control your destiny, and if Quickswitch wants to murder you with his space-puma jaws, you can say no. Alternately, you can't touch Alpha Q in the swimsuit area without his written permission.

Los Santos Roleplay

A very shitty roleplaying game on the San Andreas Multiplayer mod for GTA San Andreas. Consists of mostly scammers, robbers, gang members, and policemen so there's not much of a variety. You work hard for your money and to end up getting it all robbed at the end. Yup, even the policemen jail you and ticket you for no reason just to earn money. The game also consists of 9 year old admins and players, so if they don't get what they want they be a bitch about it. The economy really sucks ass too because there are billionaire gang members and millionaire policemen. They're all e-money hungry. Most of the houses are taken by players who quit or never log on anymore.

After fishing and working hard for money for a long time:

Robber:(holding gun up to you) GIMME UR MONEY OR I KILL YOU- AND DON'T LOG OFF OR I REPORT YOU

Hard Worker gives Robber his money.

Robber: HAHAHAHA THANKS NOOB ALL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IS MINE NOW!!!!111

Role Playing

Role playing may refer to;
1) The act of dressing up as part of a sexual relationship.
2) Online games, eg World Of Warcraft, as in an MMORPG game, in which a person controls the actions of an on-screen character.
3) Using social networking sites, eg Bebo or MySpace to act out actions of a character either canon (from anime/manga/TV programmes/etc) or non-canon (original characters made up by the roleplayer).

Commonly associated with "geeks" and "nerds".
Commonly shortened to RP

1) Judy dressed up as a naughty school girl last night, it just got be so damn horny!
2) "My level 6 Orc pwned your measly elf!"
