Neighbornetting

The act of using someone else's wifi without permission. Generally refers to use of that of a nearby residence, company or other such building. The party who's internet connection is being leeched off of is usually unaware of the act.

"Yo, man, my net's been down so I've been neighbornetting."
"What? Dude, if they find out you've been stealing their wifi they'll be pissed."

The people in my apt complex are quite the neighborlies. Quick to help and participate in the community.

Urban planning terminology, used to describe the transformation downgrade, by design, of an urban arterial road to the status of a neighborhood local street; to achieve connectivity between dis-joined areas of a community, or segregated, neighborhoods; through enhancement of, or introducing (where non-existent) walkability through design modules that supports active transportation (bike & pedestrian recreational use).
