adj: 1. a person who buys something on eBay, then doesn't have the money to pay for it. Hence lying on his bid.

2. a person who buys something on eBay and cancels it last minute, making it so he lied about wanting to buy it.

Seller: YES! i finally sold my useless car on the Internets!
