Type of customer who has read every magazine, every online article, knows every line of the specs but has absolutely no budget, no permission from wife, partner or boss to buy but consumes every type of material like a ravenous T-rex and always has a BS use case that involves every single person in the company.

He begins every conversation asking for a free trial for XYZ corporation, whether of garden hoses or jet engines.

Mr Chen (or Suresh, almost always a recent immigrant with academic qualifications out of all proportion to the incredibly minor role held in a large US corporation) is a complete tire kicking bastard.

It's the severity of the sucking up that denotes whether the person kisses ass, sucks dick or kickstands. Sucking dick so hard one actually kickstands or the kickstand of the individual getting their dick sucked.
