Witnessing simple functional tasks, items or services being completed intentionally incorrectly, but only slightly, to the point it mildly annoys you.

“They have only gone and ‘bulgarianed’ the salt and pepper”. (Put salt in the pepper shaker, pepper in the salt).

Said in a restaurant “someone has bulgarianed that bathroom”. (There is a completely unnecessary shower hose attached to the tap in a sink).

“Beware of the bulgarianed toilet doors” (they neither shut or lock).
