Brudda whacka

Any lightweight, long, slenderish (fits in say...3 year old hand) item, typically 2-3 feet in length, the business end of the device will hold the “whacka” such as a hot wheels car launcher, Ball of petrified play dough, etc. at the end of 3-4 connected hot wheels tracks.
