Hardcore Gamer

Someone who has been playing games (in my case exclusively PC games since Windows 95) for years. Therefore being very knowledgeable about all the genres of games (fps/rts/mmorpg etc). To the point now that no game satisfies me since I've seen everything. Its the same repeated formula with better graphics. Kinda like Iphone and Samsung Mobiles LOL. Humans have saturated their creativity it seems.

Watch when Cyberpunk 2077 finally does comes out, it wont be any different than GTA 5. Not saying that's a bad thing since a casual gamer would definitely enjoy gaming more then a veteran. For me the game is about the journey and not the endgame. Thats the only way to enjoy it but i tend to favor multiplayer games rather than single player for obvious reasons.

Hardcore Gamer plays games all the time, with multiplayer games being a second job (mmorpg).

Gamers

Creatures that scream a lot and haven’t touched grass in 10 years. They're mostly found in dark rooms staring at a bright, glowing box. It is rare to spot one in an area other than it’s natural habitat, but you can recognize one by their hunched, shrimp-like back. Gamers are mostly harmless creatures, but can be very loud in hostile situations. If you come in counter with one you should follow the “if I don’t mess with it, it won’t mess with me” rule. They will however try their very best not to come in contact with you. They are somehow, not endangered species despite their failures to find a mate. When males come in contact with a female of their species they often are surprised to find one. So surprised that they can’t comprehend it and end up running away. Gamers are also the loudest organisms to ever exist. Your ears may or not bleed if they here the screams.

Person 1: You’re a gamer
Person 2: yeah.
Person 1: go touch grass.
Person 3: hey! Gamers are cool people!

Gamer Silence

This rare event usually occurs in level type games, when a gamer has had enough of the level they will eventually enter the gamer silence, the gamer silence enhances your gamer skill by 1000% and makes you complete the level no matter what.

Person 1: Hey dude
Person 2: Shut up, hes in the *Gamer Silence*
Person 1: *Whispers* ohhh
Person 3: 'Completes level' I love the gamer silence
