However, the people that did the fighting knew there was another. A legend, in his own right, despite the situation. He is also the "Mysterious seventh legendary hero", who helped defeat the dragon. He is from another dimension and timeline. This is why he left as he did. He left his Blood Scythe and jacket behind, as an heirloom, for the next worthy warrior. (-cough- for himself at another time -cough-) The person is Ragna the Bloodedge in a timeline technically not set in stone.
