When you think a girl is attractive, but you can't tell for sure because you are at a distance. It is excusable to be mistaken if you call 50 out.
50 out literally means 50 yards/feet away; you can't tell if a girl is hot or not because you are too far away.

Randall: "Look at that girl. She looks pretty attractive; but we are 50 out."
*10 seconds later*
Matthew: " NOPE! But you can never be sure from 50 out."

Freaking the fuck out; unnecessarily paranoid; everyone is out to get you; to become exceedingly anxious typically in at a rapid pace; spiraling quickly
Female: Hey girl how do you like my outfit?
Me: It’s good
Female: Omg what’s wrong with it? Does it make me look fat? Did Maciana say something about it to you? What did she say? Does Jessi hate me? I think I’m going to throw up.
Me: Geezus will you stop bething out? We said it’s fine.

A relaxed term of saying good-bye, and "ease's" out of the conversation.
Usually used in a lighter form of conversation, similar to saying later, peace out, etc...

Person A: John is finished talking with Jill, and say's "Alright, Ease-out."
Person B: Mitch has recently realized that the person he is talking to is in fact the boyfriend of the girl he just slept with...time for Mitch to "Ease-out"
