Joe: "Dammit this light is taking forever."

Joe: "Fuck this!" *cuts through randalls parking lot"

Teddy: "WTF do you wanna get a ticket"

Joe: "Chill out man we're just cheating the light"

Black Light Kids

Think of a Scene kid making babies with a Kandi Kids. They dress brightly, wearing many beaded necklaces and bracelets. Wearing weird, random things -- goggles, ect. Nothing about them is subtle -- big hair, makeup, everything. Many things they wear will shine brightly under UV.
Now, where'd the differences between your average teen who dresses up?
They do it everyday, and they make it look good.
Not just pile on as many layers as you can.
