A discreet way of calling someone a "Dry Lunch"
also refered to as "bread crisp bread" or the ever popular "Ryvita Sandwhich". Basically someone who has a face you just want to smack, however your still mates even though every word that comes out of his/her mouth is the epitamy of ridiculous.

That annoying friend turns up
