The word is used to describe crypto investors who have absolutely no idea what they’re doing.

It can also be used as another name for a pleb or bk Randy.

Narga Sucia means Dirty Ass, used as a very demeaning insult. It's usually used in circles of hispanics when insulting each other.

-"Esta tipa tiene que lavarse las Nargas."

Using it in this way would imply the person that you're talking about is a Narga Sucia.

-"NARGA SUCIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"
