Top of The Fist

In conjunction with "top of the morning", a verbal gesture to signify a greeting and a positive vibe. The top of a fist signifys the fresh and painless act of and or beginning to enter one's fist in an anus. The top of the fist has not yet entered the anus and therefore has not caused any damage and or pain signifying joy and what is good. An antonym would be "Bottom of The Fist"; which would the exact opposite, signifying pain, anguish, and defeat.

jonny: "hey mike, i finally got the title to my car!"
Mike: "Well top of the fist to ya Jonny, im happy for you!
Jonny: "Ya me too, this situation could have totally turned out wrist-deep!"
