Get the Plot helmetmug. The inability to, or refusal to consume media after having first hand experience with the scenarios, equipment, tactics etc, depicted on screen, as media depictions are often unrealistic, used improperly, or are exaggerated to the point of cringe inducing.
My buddy Steve can't watch most war movies anymore. Not because of PTSD but because they inevitably set off his plot sensitivity.
