The basic implications of this word is ment for...
(1) Telling someone that whatever they're trying to talk about is something you just don't give any shits about.
(2) Quite frankly just telling someone to be quiet, shut up, or change the topic of the current conversation.

(1) Guy#1: "OMG My Little pony is so epic!" Guy#2: "SHEE-SHEE-SHEE!"
