An Urban Neutral is an urban dweller whose worldview leans toward the center—pragmatic, balanced, and largely unaffiliated with any rigid ideology. Shaped by liberal education and enriched by exposure to diverse cultures and languages, Urban Neutrals are often well-traveled and open-minded. Their views are typically issue-based and transactional rather than driven by dogma or partisanship.
