Refers to a disgusting male who ogles women aggressively, hits on them grotesquely, tries to catch their attention by rudely imposing his unwanted attentions, makes suggestive faces and noises at them, follows them, or even exposes himself or openly masturbates in their direction. A humper is usually a serial offender who seems deluded about his own attractiveness to females, despite all their efforts to avoid him.
