An adversary that is unskilled, or low level, and relatively easy to defeat. (Mostly used in role playing games.)

There are two armed men guarding the door; not to worry they're goobs.

Uber-goob

A type of man who is too lazy to work to support his dope habit so he acts like a Uber cab . He gives rides to random dumb dope whores so he can ride around getting high with these females in hopes of getting laid. He's a type of bum who would rather live this way than to ever grow up enough to support his own dope habit

Rubbing a goob, or rubbing one's goob is a colloquialism which means to forcefully have oral sex. Can be used to describe rape but mostly it is not.
