To belittle, emasculate, insult, or talk down to someone while providing them a condom or in regards to their use, or non-use, of condoms. Also: condomscension, condomscending

On the bar was a fishbowl of free condoms with a condomscending handwritten sign that said "Idiots shouldn't breed".

If you want your boyfriend to stop showing off and pressuring you for sex just to show off in front of his buddies, next time just tell him, "Yes." Then condomscend him in front of them by adding, "...but let's get the small ones this time so they don't fall off. I am not trying to have another *small* pregnancy scare, again..."

The original condomscension was roman graffiti under the bust of an unlocked senator. It read " His tata debet extraxerunt." Or "His daddy should have pulled out".

El Condor Pass

Dunno why Simon & Garfunkel made such a big issue in their song about whether they could conquer El Condor Pass; if they didn't feel confident about making a strenuous hike, there is such a thing as chartering a helicopter.
