Aakarsh

Has roots in the word Aakarshak which means attractive. Doesn't necessarily mean an attractive person on the basis of physical looks can be personality, money or knowledge too.

There used to be a guy called Aakarsh I used to know, really suited his name well.

Wild Card Award

A Wild Card Award is an award that has no pre-defined criteria or value, in and of iteslf; but rather takes on the criteria and value of whatever category the nominator chooses. It celebrates individuals who have very rare traits that are also highly impactful.

Laura is so passionate for team building that she often comes off as hilariously forceful as if insisting that you'd "better have fun, dammit!". As such, I will be nominating Laura for a very clever award category: as a Wild Card Award nomination, I can write-in the category "Monica Gellar Award for Team Building".
