When you settle for a lesser punishment to get out of something, usually if you snitch, or back down.

talking about your generation

An australian television show(southern cross ten) hosted by shaun michalleff, with 6 players, two from three generations baby boomers, gen X, and gen Y. 3 of the players are celbrity guests, they play four/five rounds, a random game(sometimes two), one with four categories they each have to select, a general quiz, and then a final round which if you win you will be garunteed to win, where they do a random thing, such as building snadcastles and mowing a lawn. The reward is one of shauns old trophies.
