A weletoto was established in 1914 of July 28th all the way to November 11th. The Main creator and OG founder, and the one who established the “weletoto” was Michael Gutierrez. Some say he was the most Weletoto person in the history books. Still he would forever be in the history books for creating starting and establishing the weletoto foundation

The welepenco foundation was a tough battle between them and the weletoto, but as we all know the weletoto came out on top. Still the welepenco society did not give up. One of the creators also known as Anthony Izaguirre the TOP ranking leader continued to pursue his dream of becoming the biggest welepenco in history. Eventually he established the welepenco foundation in 1940. Everyone today will remember Anthony’s heroic moments for leading the welepenco foundation.
