People in the gym that think they're in great shape striking poses constantly in the mirror and or for selfie pictures. What's funny is when you try not to laugh when you witness them doing this.

Dammit, that gym poser messed up my set because he made me laugh with that posing.

Gym Meet

An NDP tradition that’s almost a century old (and also copied by every other private girls school in MD in some way) where the four classes compete against each other for the coveted silver cup and march, song, aerobics, and dance plaques. Seniors typically win because of experience unless your grade is unbelievably good (1985 and 2019 won as juniors). Nobody does school work or talks about anything else for the whole first week of March and it causes MAJOR drama (but let’s be honest, the petty girls are just mad they suck)

Gym weirdo

Someone you see every time you're at the gym doing weird shit.

1. Doing exercises that you don't know what the hell it's for or what it does for them.

2. Making strange and disruptive noises, dropping weights, loud grunting and slapping their feet running on the treadmill.
3. Wearing strange attire not fit for the gym. Hawaiian print shorts, MC Hammer style muscle pants (was ok for the 1980's). Dudes wearing tights( a la leggings). Wearing head to toe sweats with headband, hoodie and wrist bands.

Everytime I'm at the gym it never fails to see a gym weirdo doing strange shit.

Gym Kardashian

A big-butted, strong woman who attends the gym in full makeup including fake lashes and heavy contouring.

Today at the gym I saw several Gym Kardashians working their glutes on the machines without smudging a stroke of mascara.

Gym Teacher

I am so fucking over my Gym Teacher! She acts like she is the dictator of the entire school and makes us do these useless excercises! Like holy fuck, do we have to learn Volleyball for the 164829th year??? Another degrading thing she does is blame us for so much as breathing because she hates every last one of us 7th graders. I never want to see her bitch ass face that looks like a Karen again
