A large mob of people, mostly young of age, protesting the social injustice treatment of black people. Can be triggered by a police involved shooting, or killing of a black man or woman. sometimes protest is peaceful. But, mostly is violent. When a blm protest becomes violent it escalates into a riot.

Guy 1 : Did you hear about that shooing last night
Guy 2 : no what about it.
Guy 1 : apparently the police shot some black guy and blm is staging a protest.
Guy 2 : shit, I better bord up my shop before the riots start.
