Unexpected traffic on a usually free-flowing street/avenue/freeway. May be caused by accident or construction work.

Panda-traffic

A grouping of vehicles (usually driving on a motorway) that has become 'stuck' precisely at the speed limit due to the presence of a police car travelling on the same road.

Whilst stuck in Panda-traffic, motorists' behaviour changes significantly, mainly due to temporarily no longer being able to break the speed limit. Motorists also become stuck in their lanes and generally behave more courteously compared with 'normal' traffic conditions (ie no police companion).

Journeys that incorporate a Panda-traffic encounter usually last significantly longer than they otherwise would.

Once the Police car has exited the motorway, normal driving conditions resume immediately.

"Sorry I'm late. I would have been here two hours ago but got stuck in Panda-traffic on the M1"

the inability to get information to people via facebook due to a numerous amount of comments/posts coming into their status or wall

Light highway congestion on or around Christian holidays, similar to what traffic will be like after the Rapture.

Coming to work on Good Friday was so easy, as there was nothing but Rapture traffic.

A person that's driving a car, lorry,etc, and is moving too slow, wasting other drivers time, usually leaving a long queue behind them.

This driver ahead of us is such a traffic waster.

Traffic Fuck

When you begin to fuck and then stop for a little and then continue again.

Logan: I was with Jordyn last night and we fucked 10 times.
Billy: Like consecutive or what?
Logan: Nah, we fucked and stopped and then fucked again...10 times.
Billy: Damn, that’s crazy. Call that Traffic Fuck

Psychological traffic

Being stuck in pockets of slow moving traffic for no apparent reason.

I thought there was an accident on the road but there was nothing going on - so it must have been psychological traffic.
