My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic! is probably the longest thread to have been created. It was hosted on MMO-Champion.com, hit 239,345 posts and 11,968 pages before it had to be locked cause of technical limitations. Another thread has been started in its place, My Little Pony - Friendship is Magic (part 2). As of 10-27-2011 you can still catch the original thread in MMO-Champion's search feature if you want to check out this part of internet history.

I went to the longest thread in the world today. It was pony-tastic!

Pointless Thread

"Pointless thread" is the name of a discussion thread on a number of political message boards begun by a single person known only as "Chanty".

The first one began on the "Real Time with Bill Maher" community message boards but has also been added to several others.

The thread is meant as a way for users to talk about anything without fear of deletion for going off topic. Generally speaking, a post on this thread should not have a point, but be a random thought passed to others on the thread.

The "Pointless Thread" is the most popular thread on the Real Time Boards.

Post/Thread N00B

When someone lacks the kinda intelligence needed to add a clever or relevant comment to a thread or post and decides to post what number they are on the thread/post. Therefore angering the others that post which starts a highly irrelevant argument or arguments on said post/thread.

POST/THREAD: Today Jesus came back and his welcome home party went a little overboard. Due to the entire world having a slight...okay a MAJOR hangover from all the oceans being turned to wine. All international developments and what-not have been postponed...excluding the following manufacturing companies: Tylenol, Advil, Bayer...etc.
