So called "Slut Shaming" simply consists in calling "Slut" a slut, usually seen as as a terrible thing from feminist snowflakes who think that every woman has the right of being a whore and other people have no right to say what she actually is

"That girl had sex with the whole football team, what a slut"

"You have no right to slut shame, having sex with strangers just because you like being smashed by random dicks doesn't mean you are a slut"

smoker-shaming

Showing your disgust or disapprovement to smokers by comments or looks. Don't do it. It's intolerant and not justified. Many people believe that it is because smoking's not good for your health and they're "saving you from yourself". Well fuck off. To be overweight isn't healthy either, yet it's okay to shame a smoker in our society but to shame fat people is immoral. It's called freedom of choice people. Let it go.

*Smoker smokes a cigarette*
Non-smoker: Did you know that smoking shortens your life by blablabla and causes canser? Furthermore...
(-> that' s smoker-shaming, ladies and gentlemen. )
Smoker: FUCK OFF. It's my choice, my decision, none of your business.

Tsunami Shaming

When someone is tsunami shamed, their problems, big or small, are shot down immediately on the premise of ''At least you haven't suffered a tsunami''. It's hard to tell whether this is supposed to be comforting or or whether the person is playing the douche on purpose.

Two examples of tsunami shaming:

John: Hey Bob, what's up?

Bob: It's been a rough week. My dog got hit by a car, one of my parents lost their job, and I got a cold just in time for the finals.

John: Yeah, well, at least your house isn't three miles from where it used to be. Toughen up.

Linda: I heard you were moving to an apartment, Jane.

Jane: Yeah, my family's house is getting foreclosed on, we have to be out within a month. The only place I can afford is really small and seedy. I feel more sorry for my kids than myself.

Linda: Stop bitching, a least they'll have a roof over their heads, UNLIKE THE TSUNAMI VICTIMS!!!

Act of using friendship to shame another person.

Simon says to his friends, "Let's get ramen." Vincent was not spoken to but he wants to go with Simon. Vincent friend-shames Simon by saying, "I thought you were my friend!" Vincent is friend-shaming Simon.
