Skill-gated is any type of game that becomes too hard to play, because of the "skill level" needed to maintain a level of positivity and fun. When players get too good, it forces you to either try and match their skill level or give up playing the game.

Call of Duty has become mainly skill-gated, because of the amount of good players.

I dont think I want to play Fortnite, its too skill-gated.

When someone is Chris Granted, it means they were in a fight where the aggressor punches the opponent and the opponent tanks all of the punches because they punches were very weak.

Gank/Ganked/Ganking

A preexisting word I created a NEW definition for! (No hate)

Gank: Annoying, irrelevant, or overall full of stupidity. In a simpler way; bad.
Ex.: "That's literally so gank vruh." When talking about something unfortunate (annoying) or something that someone brought up that NO ONE was talking about. (irrelevant)

Ganked: Same as ganked, but used for things like objects, and also the past tense version of gank. It can also mean broken, or unable to be used.
Ex.: "Dude my pencil has no eraser left on it. It's go ganked I can't even use it anymore!" When talking about something broken and unable to be fixed.

Ganking: Fumbling, failing, or being bad at something like a sport, or a hobby of some sort. Just being bad at a skill in general.
Ex.: "She can't even throw a football! She's ganking right now for real." When talking about someone failing or having an inability to do something.

Another example, using all of the words in one short story. (Words: Gank/Ganked/Ganking
Ex.: "This football is literally so ganked man. It's out of air!" "That's okay because you're always ganking when you try to use a football, anyways." "You're literally so gank, man. Sygau." (gank)

When anxiety hits you so hard that your butthole clenches up like it’s trying to hold on for dear life. It’s that physical reaction that kicks in when you’re stressed out or facing something scary.

1. I was so ass gated when the teacher took few seconds extra before announcing my marks.

2. He got ass gated the moment he saw his crush.

3. I was so ass gated during the presentation that I could barely read the notes.

Feeling Gated

The specific physical and psychological sensation of anxiety or defensiveness caused by someone invading your personal space.

Distinct from the gaming definition (which means being blocked from moving forward), this context refers to boundaries being forced INWARD. It describes the moment you feel "penned in" or "corralled" because another person is hovering, looming, or standing uncomfortably close, forcing you to mentally or physically "close the gate" to protect your boundaries.

Also used as a verb ("Stop gating me") to tell someone they are encroaching on your personal bubble.

Person A: "Why did you step back?" Person B: "You were standing right over my shoulder and I started feeling gated."

Person A: "My bad, I didn't realize I was gating you.
