The discrd citizens can do whatever, hangout, and not have to worry about dealing with the mods, owner, admins, etc. And they can do whatever (but keep nsfw, offensive memes in the appropriate channels, and be nice) and break some rules like talking about games in the wrong channel, etc (the little rules). But this is to help the citizens cope after discord mod day.
